Y'all do great work, and I especially loved the extra detail and quality y'all put into the "bones" of the house - Advantech, crawl space dehumidifier, tankless water heater, concrete porch, stone dust, insulated garage. Y'all are indeed a cut above the rest, and I am blessed to have had y'all be the ones to build our home. And, we love the floorplan. And we still can't get over how nice the cabinetry work S&H is. I still find myself just opening/closing doors and drawers and marveling at the details!
I just want to thank you for building such quality homes! My husband and I have spent the last six years relocating from three different states. We have looked at more than 200 homes and purchased two. When he got transferred, again, I was dreading the whole house hunting process once more. That was until we walked through the front door of our current home. From the entrance, we could tell that this was the best built home we had ever seen.
